Before and after

We’re proud of the work we carry out, and we think the results speak for themselves. Check out the work we’ve completed and how it compares with before.

What is safety flooring?

Safety flooring is often referred to as non-slip flooring, but this is selling it short. Whilst our anti-slip flooring does indeed offer superb slip resistance and durability, it does a lot more than just prevent slips.

Safety flooring is carefully manufactured to minimise the risk of severe injuries in environments exposed to contaminant spillage.

Our range of flooring solutions is designed specifically to reduce the impact of contaminants such as oils, grease, shampoo in bathrooms, and other liquids on the floor itself. Their design makes them far more slip-resistant than other commercial flooring options and ideal for use in wet areas.

Sustained slip resistance is achieved by incorporating aggregates into the production process of our safety flooring products. These aggregates can penetrate the wet film, providing contact with the shoe or preventing the ball-bearing effect of dry contaminants.

Our safety flooring also comes with good stain resistance and is capable of withstanding a huge amount of foot traffic without showing any signs of physical wear.

Another benefit of safety flooring, besides helping to prevent slips, is that the surface is extremely easy to clean and maintain. A quick mop or wipe (using the correct cleaning products) is all it takes to prevent bacteria from building up and keep your durable safety flooring in top condition for many years to come.

Our safety flooring in Glasgow

Safety flooring is specially manufactured to reduce slip risks and allow safe movement in high-traffic environments.

At AllFloors, all our vinyl safety flooring is highly durable, very unlikely to stain or tear, and designed to be super slip-resistant.

Given the slip resistance offered by safety flooring, it is used almost universally in gyms, leisure facilities, and changing rooms as they are often subject to water and sweat contaminates. It is extremely popular in healthcare hospitals, leisure facilities, changing rooms, schools, dentists, commercial kitchens, and anywhere else where the risk of slipping is high.

Just because safety flooring solutions are extremely safe and practical, doesn’t mean they can’t also look great. With a variety of attractive colours and finishes on offer, there is a safety vinyl flooring option suitable for all your environments.

Our safety vinyl flooring solutions provide safe movement and come in a variety of stunning styles that drastically reduce the chances of slipping.

As experts in non-slip safety flooring, we oversee the entire installation process. We provide you with any technical specifications required and carry out extensive testing to ensure our safety products meet the very highest anti-slip standards.

Made for high slip-risk environments

If you run a business, it is essential that you protect your staff and visitors at all times. Any workplace where someone may find themselves walking across surfaces where water or other liquids are present is a high slip-risk environment.

Safety flooring from AllFloors comes with various grades of slip resistance and lifetime guarantees. They conform to the highest global standards of slip resistance.

Our safety flooring products are designed to reduce these risks, ensuring that you get great grip no matter how wet the surface becomes. This type of commercial safety flooring dramatically decreases the risk of nasty workplace accidents, protecting you, your staff, and your customers.

Failing to opt for safety vinyl flooring can have devastating consequences and existing slip hazards can be problematic. Don’t take the risk. Get in touch with expert safety flooring fitters here at AllFloors. We’ll help you create a safe, happy, and productive working environment.

frequently asked questions

Yes, send your plan or bring it into the showroom, and we will be able to work out a price for your safety vinyl flooring based on the floor plan.

We always aim to measure within a week of your visit. If you’re local we can normally arrange a measure within a couple of days.

Yes, each floor covering requires a different standard of floor preparation, and as long as the subfloor is structurally “sound”, we can generally deal with most issues. For any specific project, we can usually advise what’s required when we come to measure.

No one has a showroom big enough to display every single option that is “out there”.  We can usually get hold of most other types of flooring and carpets, so let us know the name, colour and where you’ve seen it, and we’ll probably be able to find it.

There is an easy workaround. Just place your safety floor order to avoid any potential price increases, and we will keep your safety floors in our warehouse at no extra charge. This comes in handy when customers want to take advantage of a special offer before moving into a property or if they’re waiting for decorating to be finalised. This also works for customers who would like to order a floor and delay the fitting for some other reason.

Yes. We have vast experience in all aspects of commercial work. Browse our commercial page for more details.

No! We offer a free home estimate and planning service and can bring samples to your home. We are available 5 days a week at a time that best suits you.

It depends on what you choose and how complex the job is. Our suppliers take varying times to deliver. But if you need a quick turnaround, we can show you safety floor products with a fast delivery or something from our stock. Some more intricate floors can sometimes be 2–3 months in advance.

Yes, you can borrow any samples you see in our showroom, and we can collect them when we come to measure. That allows you to see them over a period of time in your own home, with your own lighting and home decor.

Yes, for an additional charge, we can move a (pre-agreed) reasonable amount of heavy furniture. You’ll have to remove electrical equipment, any breakable items, smaller pieces and ornaments or books from the room yourself. Speak to us, and we can advise what we can do. Also, for an additional charge, our fitters can uplift and remove the old floor covering on the day of the fitting.

We’re happy to supply and fit, but if you’ve purchased flooring elsewhere, unfortunately, we can’t install it. However, if you’ve seen flooring elsewhere, send us an email with a link, and we can usually source it.
